Define fit before collecting names
Write down the problem you solve, the companies that experience it and the conditions under which it matters. Separate evidence of fit from attractive company characteristics. A familiar logo is not a reason to prioritise an account.
Make the choice explicit
For each shortlisted account, record why it fits, who owns the problem and what would make a conversation timely. Review the list together. Keep the reasoning visible so outreach and content work from the same understanding.
